The Product

The product is an online platform that enables clients to interact with Melvand's design team and showcase their living spaces in live 3D portfolios. This platform will provide users with various tools to explore different design options, select materials and furniture, and communicate with the Melvand team.

Project Duration

The project duration is estimated to be around three months.

The Problem

Melvand's current online platform is outdated and difficult to use, resulting in a poor user experience for clients. Users have reported that the platform is slow and confusing, making it challenging to visualize their ideal living spaces. As a result, many potential clients are turning to other interior design companies.

The Goal

The goal of this UX case study is to design and implement a new online platform that provides a seamless and enjoyable user experience for clients. The new platform should enhance user engagement, increase customer satisfaction, and lead to a significant rise in sales for Melvand.

Agency Role

As an agency, our role is to work with Melvand to design and develop a new online platform that meets their business requirements. We will create a UX/UI team responsible for designing the user interface and experience, a development team responsible for the technical implementation of the platform, and a CMO responsible for marketing and user acquisition.

Agency Responsibilities

Our responsibilities will include understanding the needs and goals of Melvand's clients, conducting user research, analyzing user behavior and feedback, creating design solutions that are intuitive and efficient, and ensuring that the platform meets Melvand's business requirements.
